"Unlike self-criticism, which asks if you're good enough, self-compassion asks what's good for you?"

- Kristin Neff

Join us for an online 9-week journey into self-compassion for healthcare and caregivers.

The Mindful Self Compassion Course with Amber Robinson is a transformative 9-week journey designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion.

This empirically supported program will guide you towards emotional well-being, resilience, and a healthier relationship with yourself and others.

Our next course begins on October 22nd at 7pm for 9 weeks and is offered at a donation-reduced sliding scale rate of $50-$100.

About the Course

Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) is an innovative approach to emotional healing and personal growth. Our course is built on three key components:

  1. Self-kindness: Opening our hearts to our own suffering and providing the care we need.

  2. Common humanity: Recognizing our essential interconnectedness and understanding that we're not alone in our struggles.

  3. Mindful awareness: Embracing the present moment with acceptance and ease.

Together, these elements create a state of warm-hearted, connected presence that can transform your relationship with yourself and the world around you.
