Option A: Full 9‑Month Training Program

  • Schedule: Five weekend modules from Feb–Nov 2026, Sat–Sun, 9:30 AM–4:30 PM ET (Zoom)

  • In‑person options: Modules 3 and 5 offer an optional in‑person weekend

  • Tuition: $1395 reduced rate; save $100 with code EARLYBIRD

  • Payment plans: Available with a $200 deposit; payments completed by Dec 31 of the training year

  • Recordings & resources: All live days recorded; lifetime access to the M+C resource library

Option B: Module 1 Course (Standalone)

  • Course: Mindfulness Practices for Everyday Resiliency

  • Dates: Saturday, February 21, 2026 and Sunday, February 22, 2026 (Zoom)

  • Try before you commit: Take Module 1 first; your completion and payment apply to the full program if you continue

  • What you’ll learn: Everyday practices (e.g., P.A.U.S.E.), mindful listening, neuroscience of empathy and compassion, and core mindfulness principles
