What if your voice could feel like home?
Your voice isn’t just about the sound it makes, it’s the shape of your story, the core of your beliefs, and the pulse of your purpose. It’s how you connect your inside world to the outside. It’s how you take up space, and how you offer space to others.
Join Maxine and Andrew from Sarana Institute for a free evening workshop that will be a mix of meditation and connection.
This workshop is for all young adults curious about looking inward and learning more about ourselves. We all know about the inner critic — but there is also the inner ‘creative’.
Let’s bring out the inner creative together.
You should join us if:
Your voice trembles when you care deeply.
You over-explain, or fill every silence.
You hold back, worried about judgment.
You want to grow into the voice you feel is inside you.
Your inner critic has been getting way too much stage time lately.
Your voice can be your shield or your invitation. It can be the start of something new.

No, you don’t need to, but we encourage it. Of course, the live workshop will give you access to directly working with our facilitators and receiving peer support.
Do I need to be on camera?
It’s not required but again, encouraged! We are here for the real you. Bring yourself as much as you are comfortable with. And if you need to be off camera because it feels like too much, that’s okay, you can always turn it back on when you’re ready to.
Is there a replay?
Yes. The recording will be sent out the following day.
